Thanks for the comment. To answer your question, a theory is usually labeled as a fact after it has been vigorously peer reviewed and tested multiple times. Although a fact is not necessarily something with 100% certainty. So if I said "Its a fact that I am alive", I know this is true, so I label it a fact, yet I cannot say its an absolute fact, because I cannot use absolute proof in this situation. So that's it, you have facts,(things that are known to be true), and you have absolute facts (facts which are 100% true, like mathematics). Although we label plain facts as truth, this is actually incorrect. Because truth is actuality, discovered or undiscovered it remains the same. So when we label things as facts, its just stating that its the closest thing to truth that we know of. I hope that answers your question. =)
